Gerry Morton

For readers of The Energy Guidebook, fifth edition.

The last third of the book is a ninety day plan. It works a great deal better on paper than on a page you have to keep flipping back to, so here it is as something you can print, fill in, and stick on a wall.

Six files. No charge, and nothing is asked of you in return.

What is in it

1. The Energy Audit

Twenty minutes with a pen. It scores where you actually stand on each of the five essentials, so you find out which one is costing you the most right now rather than guessing. This is the same worksheet I open the half day workshop with, and it is the one to do first.

2. The Whole Program On One Page

All twelve weeks on a single sheet. What changes each week, what stays the same, and what you are meant to be able to do by the end of it. Print it and put it somewhere you will actually see it.

3. The Worksheets

The five worksheets from Appendix A, as fillable PDFs. Type into them on a screen or print them and write on them. They are the part of the book that does not work well on a page you have to keep flipping back to.

4. The Shopping List

What to buy for the meals in the plan, grouped by aisle rather than by recipe, so one pass through the shop covers the week.

5. Take This To Your Doctor

One page you can hand across a desk. The labs worth asking for, what each one actually tells you, and the ranges. Written to be read by somebody who did not read the book.

6. The Trackers

The same structure as the worksheets, in a spreadsheet, for anyone who would rather do it on a screen than on paper.

How to get it

Tell me where to send it. The pack opens on the next page, and a copy of the link lands in your inbox straight away. If you have your Amazon order number to hand, drop it in. Nothing checks it. It just helps me know who is out there reading. You will also get my monthly letter, and you can unsubscribe with one click.
